With well over a decade of experience supporting grieving women who have experienced losses ranging from pregnancy, infant, child, sibling, spouse, parent loss (along with a personal deep familiarity with grief) — Jen will expertly guide you as you begin to create your path to living forward.

Living Forward is a 6-week coaching program designed for mothers navigating grief after any kind of loss—pregnancy, infant, child, parent, partner, or another loved one. This is a space where you can bring your whole self: your sorrow, your love, your questions, and your hopes.

Whether your loss is recent or years in the past, if you’re longing for clarity, support, and a path toward living with grief (instead of around it), you’re in the right place.

The Living Forward Framework blends modern grief education, somatic and emotional coping tools, and compassionate, real-time support.

Over six weeks, you’ll:

  • Explore your unique grief response—your “grief fingerprint”—and how it shows up in daily life

  • Develop tools for navigating intense emotions, anxiety, and overwhelm

  • Create rituals and practices to meaningfully honor your loss

  • Reconnect with your identity and purpose beyond grief
